Pilgrim | May 27 - July 26, 2024 | Ages 18 - 25 | Paid Internship ($5000)
The United Church of Canada encourages applications to the Montreal Mission Internship Program which runs from May 27 - July 26, 2024 organized by the Montreal School of Theology and Montreal Dio.
In this 9 week program, participants will serve their community in an internship at a placement location in or around Montreal. This could be a homeless shelter, working with immigrants, or some other organization that is matched to participant interests. To the best of their ability, the program will match participants with a placement that fits an area of their interest. Participants will also meet other young people in growing together, reflecting on God’s work in the world and how they are called to partake in it.
Successful UCC applicants may wish to consider applying for a Con Ed Bursary from the Vision Fund grant to assist in covering costs of travel to Montreal.

Compensation
All participants will receive a stipend of $5000, less appropriate deductions. This is based on a salary of $16/hour for 35 hours of work per week (including group meeting time) for 9 weeks.
