Clusters and Networks Technology Resources

Technology can be a great way to keep in touch with your cluster or network. Not sure what tools are available? Check out the resources below for helpful tools that can be used to stay connected digitally.

Leveraging Zoom for Online Meetings

Zoom is a video conferencing tool allowing you to connect with your members of your cluster or network without the need or expense of travel. Check out these links for quick how-to videos on how to use the basic functions:

E-Newsletters

E-newsletters are a great way to stay connected and share information with your members. You can use them to share stories from your network, recap a meeting, focus on upcoming events, and so on.

Did you know that Mailchimp is FREE when you have 2,000 subscribers or less? It provides a lot of free templates to choose from, and then you just plug in your own content and images. You can also add your social media channels into your newsletter so people can easily find you on Facebook, Twitter, etc. and you can continue to grow those online communities.

Scheduling Meetings

Doodle is a great quick resource to ask member of your cluster or network about their availability. Send them a calendar with suggested dates and everyone replies back with within that calendar with what works. It’s easier than keeping track of e-mails back and forth.
