E-newsletters are a great way to stay connected and share information with your members. You can use them to share stories from your network, recap a meeting, focus on upcoming events, and so on.

Did you know that Mailchimp is FREE when you have 2,000 subscribers or less? It provides a lot of free templates to choose from, and then you just plug in your own content and images. You can also add your social media channels into your newsletter so people can easily find you on Facebook, Twitter, etc. and you can continue to grow those online communities.

Scheduling Meetings

Doodle is a great quick resource to ask member of your cluster or network about their availability. Send them a calendar with suggested dates and everyone replies back with within that calendar with what works. It’s easier than keeping track of e-mails back and forth.
