Ministries looking for help with using their Environics report for faithful and effective mission planning will find it here.
Below are the names and contact info of regionally based, trained Environics facilitators who are willing to support congregations and community ministries in this work. You are welcome to contact a regional facilitator directly to make whatever arrangements are mutually beneficial.
Typically facilitators work with ministries in one of the following ways:
- A facilitator does a workshop for the ministry to help a wider audience in the congregation understand the data in their report and the possible implications. We suggest offering a $175 honorarium per session, and a $350 honorarium for a full-day workshop. Where distance is an issue, EDGE: A Network for Ministry Development has equipment and a service provider that will allow you to carry out a Web conference workshop with a facilitator. For information contact Joanne Rose
.
- A facilitator works with representatives of a cluster of congregations over a period of six months or so, where the group meets about monthly. In our experience, this ongoing support for sharing practices, solving problems, and doing ongoing learning and encouragement has been the most effective support for congregations.
