Members of the Anglican–United Church Dialogue have released their report, “Called to Unity in Mission,” the culmination of four years of discussion.

The report compares the views and approaches of each church in order to spur further discussion and to suggest opportunities for shared engagement in ministry and mission.

“Called to Unity in Mission” draws attention to many areas in which Anglican and United churches could work together, in particular the churches’ shared accountability to reconciliation with Indigenous peoples and supporting the Calls to Action of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission.

We invite you to read the report and the more detailed news release below. Information on this Dialogue and other interchurch initiatives is available on the Interchurch Relationships page. For other documents from the Anglican–United Church Dialogue, please see the United Church Commons.
