Pension

The first Constitution of the Pension Fund of The United Church of Canada was adopted by the 3rd General Council in Winnipeg, Manitoba, in September 1928. Over the years, this text has been revised many times and expanded to meet changing legislation.

Today's version, lengthy and complicated, requires references to several clauses for accurate interpretation and is available upon request.
