A Summary of The Pension Plan Constitution

The first Constitution of the Pension Fund of the United Church of Canada was adopted by the Third General Council in Winnipeg, Manitoba in September 1928.

Statement of Beliefs and Guiding Principles

To establish a strategic framework for the management and operation of the Pension Plan, the Executive of General Council has adopted the following Beliefs and Guiding Principles on April 23, 2005, and October 31, 2005.
