United Church policy and Canadian employment legislation provide for eligible ministry personnel to take time away from their regular responsibilities for various reasons.
Maternity and Parental Leave
Effective December 1, 2010, the General Council Executive passed parental and maternity leave policies to better meet needs of parents, both biological and adoptive.
