Guidelines and Policies

Ministry personnel are expected to maintain healthy, professional relationships within the practice of ministry. These guidelines and policies govern the practice of professional ministry.

  • These materials are available for workshop participants, or for anyone interested in exploring anti-racism and racial justice work within the church.
  • To work together for racial justice within our church and as a "whole people of God" with a "priesthood of all believers," racial justice workshops are open to both lay people and ministry personnel.
  • Introduction to the Sexual Abuse Prevention and Response Policy and Procedures of The United Church of Canada, effective April 1, 2011.
