Group Benefits

The United Church's group insurance benefits are provided by Green Shield Canada and Great-West Life, and administered by Aon Hewitt.

Administration and Claim Forms

For administration questions related to your health and dental, life insurance, or accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) benefits (for example, change of address, new dependant), please log on to YBR: Your Benefits Resources,* administered by Aon Hewitt.

ADP Notifications

For payrolls administered by ADP, confirm insurance information is correct. Check payroll reports to confirm deducted amounts are correct. Report updates and corrections to ADP through the treasurer or payroll administrator's monthly call.

Claim Reimbursements

For information about health and dental reimbursements, please log on to the Green Shield website*, the church's benefits provider.
