If you have verified the payment with Archives staff and wish to pay online please complete this form. Do not pay online before contacting the archives for the correct amount owed; we cannot issue refunds for online payments.
All copying of materials is done by Archives staff.
If you find material you’d like copied
Your request, regardless of size, will be evaluated by an archivist as soon as possible. If the request is granted, Archives staff will make the copies as soon as time permits.
Copies cost $1 per page, and a $5 shipping/handling fee will apply to orders being mailed.
Scans cost $25/scan including CD plus a $3 shipping/handling fee (any order the Archives is not capable of processing in-house will be outsourced at the researcher’s expense plus a $5 administration fee).
Please note: material at risk of damage may not be copied, including graphic images.
Certain Archives materials stored at a remote location must be ordered at least one business day prior to use, and retrieval costs must be subsidized by the researcher at the rate above. (General Council, Conference, presbytery, and congregation staff are exempt from this fee; the Archives assumes all reshelving costs.)
