The 38th General Council took place Sunday, August 10 - Saturday, August 16 2003 in Wolfville NS.

  Being a part of the church of Jesus Christ at this time is particularly challenging. Living out our baptismal vows is dangerous in a world where, in large measure, principalities and powers govern society’s behaviour.

  When searching for a logo that would symbolize the theme of General Council, members of the Agenda & Planning Committee were intrigued by the contribution of the Rev. Hiraku Iwai of Saskatoon.
