Events

Since 1988, The United Church’s triennial national camping conference has been a time to celebrate, nurture, strengthen, and renew a passion for camping ministry.

Connections is an opportunity for camp directors, board members, staff, volunteers—adults and youth—and anyone else involved in United Church Camping to gather together to be part of a community in which faith is celebrated, nurtured, strengthened, and renewed; network with others involved in and passionate about United Church Camping; participate in leadership training and development opportunities; and strengthen involvement in United Church Camping at a national level.

Connections is an educational event, providing workshops on a variety of topics: staff training, programming, spirituality for staff and volunteers, faith formation of campers, games, creativity, marketing, networking, communication, crafts, youth leadership, and much more!

Connections is an important networking opportunity, providing free time as well as forums for peers to share and learn from one another.
