Highlights

• Alan Hall, Executive Officer, Ministry and Employment, comments on the transition to Aon Hewitt for pension and benefits administration.
• A report and proposals on pastoral relations are expected to go to the March General Council Executive, and then to General Council in August.
• The four components of the Ministry Compensation  Task Group directions are outlined.
• Ministry and Employment describes some changes related to benefits. Premiums are changing but the provisions in the plans will remain the same.
• Important: updates to the payroll service include a new service fee for invoicing members not on the payroll service
• Year-end information for treasurers and members, and process updates such as how to update an address.
