Response to Senators’ Letter on Israel/Palestine Report
3 July 2012
Recently Moderator Mardi Tindal received a letter from nine members of the Canadian Senate who also are members of The United Church of Canada. The Senators were writing to express their concern over recommendations contained in the report of the Working Group on Israel/Palestine Policy. That report will be discussed when the United Church’s 41st General Council meets in Ottawa, August 11–18, 2012.
