Application deadlines are approaching for two United Church scholarships.

The W. Norman McLeod Scholarship is available to ordered ministers in The United Church of Canada for post-graduate study. Application forms are available online; the application deadline is February 15. In recent years, awards have ranged from $500 to $1,500.

The McGeachy Senior Scholarship fosters the development of those who will provide the United Church with discernment and direction that inspire and challenge the church toward creative and faithful mission. See the online guidelines for the necessary documentation; applications and documentation must be received no later than 4:30 p.m., April 30. In recent years, this award has been $40,000.
