There are many different spiritual practices that women can do, either individually or in groups. Try different practices and see what works best for you.
Try to find a way to develop one or more practices on a regular basis, whether it's once a day, once a week, or twice a week. Many people find it difficult to develop spiritual practices alone - it is often much easier as part of a group.

The spiritual journey is about transformation, but no image can fully capture what it means for a human being to become spiritually formed, to find new life within this world. The mystery is too deep. We are embraced by that mystery, at once forming it and formed by it.
