Scholarships and Awards

The Bill Lord Bursary in Continuing Education was subscribed to by numerous friends to honour his many years of service to The Toronto School of Theology,* especially the Continuing Education program. It is available to assist in professional development for those in ministry who want to increase their skills or further their theological education by participating in courses offered at any of the TST colleges.

The purpose of the fund is to help individuals whose participation might otherwise be hampered by financial considerations.

Bursaries toward the tuition costs to a maximum of $300 can be applied for by contacting the continuing education office at the TST College offering the course in which you are interested. A simple application form outlining your interest, how the course would connect with your ministry, and your financial situation (i.e. costs, constraints, and other income sources) can be obtained at the College and will be responded to promptly.
