Scholarships

The United Church of Canada offers various academic award opportunities. Leaders can be awarded scholarships such as the Davidson Award and the McGeachy Senior Scholarship. Other trusts, like the W. Norman McLeod Scholarship and the Clifford Elliott Rural Ministry Award, provide monies to support theological education.

Bursaries

Bill Lord Bursary in Continuing Education

The bursary assists those in ministry who want to increase their skills or further their theological education by participating in courses offered at The Toronto School of Theology.

Agatha Kaasa Bursary Fund

This fund supports lay leadership training and education, continuing education within the church, projects or events that promote education, mission, outreach, spiritual nurture, and ecumenical and interfaith dialogue.
